  • Partner Selection: Either choose partners yourself from applicants or allow us to handpick them based on your preferences.
  • Privacy & Discretion: Hosted in a secure, private setting with full support from our team.
  • Recording Option: Recording/photography is only permitted if every participant consents. Only single men who agree to being recorded may apply.
  • Perfect For: Women and couples who want a bespoke, deeply personal experience crafted around their ultimate fantasy.

Bareback & Bareback Optional Events

For ladies who desire the raw, unfiltered experience of multiple lovers.

  • Mandatory STI Screening: All participants wanting to participate bareback must provide clear, itemised STI test results (swabs, blood, urine) dated within 2 weeks of the event. Results usually take 2–5 days to return, so please plan ahead.
  • Testing Recommendations: We recommend Stigma Health for fast, itemised results. If testing elsewhere, ensure you can obtain a full breakdown.
  • Ongoing Health: For anyone playing with multiple partners, we strongly recommend testing every 3 months.

Regular screening keeps you, your partners, and their partners safe and worry-free.

Venue & Accessibility

Our events take place at The Rabbit Hole — fully equipped with multiple play areas, a 12-person heated spa, sex swings, spanking benches, massage tables, pole dancing pole, lockers, showers, and fresh towels.

🔔 Note: Most play areas are located upstairs. Unfortunately, this means the venue is not suitable for guests with severe mobility issues.

Your contribution helps cover venue hire, supplies, and cleaning, to keep our events running smoothly and safely.

  • By applying or securing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
  • Refunds and cancellations are handled according to this policy.

Booking Information

  • Ladies & Couples:
    • Group Events: Book directly from our Next Events page. Booking closes 24 hours before the event.
    • Private Events: Complete an application form, and we’ll be in touch to design your fantasy.
  • Single Men:
    • Group Events: An application form and vetting will be required before you’ll be invited to book. You can submit your application at any time and once you have been approved to attend you can book in directly from the Next Events page.
    • Private Events: The booking link for private events will only be shared with applicants approved to attend the event.
