What makes your events different?

Our events are not regular swingers events where ratios of men and women are equal. They are designed for women who want to explore their fantasies with multiple men. What should I bring?

• BYO alcohol (moderate consumption only).

What is supplied?

• Venue facilities at The Rabbit Hole, including multiple play areas, a 12-person heated spa, sex swings, massage tables, spanking benches, and a pole dancing pole.
• Essentials: regular, large, and XL latex condoms, water-based lubricant, wipes, towels, and fresh sheets. (If you have a latex allergy, please bring your own.)
• Drinks & food: bottled water, soft drinks, snacks, and pizza around 10pm. A large fridge, glasses, and ice are available for your drinks.
• Comforts: indoor/outdoor showers, lockers for personal belongings, and fresh towels.

What is the average age of the guests?

Most guests are in their mid-20s to late 40s, with some on either side.

Is the venue accessible?

The venue is not suitable for those with severe mobility issues, as most play areas are located upstairs.

How do I book?

  • Private Events: Complete an application, and we’ll be in touch.
• Single Men: An application and vetting process are required before being invited to book in.

Do events book out?

Yes. Group events are capped to maintain the correct ratio of men to women. We recommend securing your spot early. We do not limit the number of vetted single men who can attend our group events.

Is it safe and private?

Yes. Events are private and discreet. Phones and photography are strictly prohibited from play spaces. Hosts enforce respect, boundaries, and consent at all times.

Do I have to do everything?
