Contributions and Cancellations

At My Ultimate Fantasy, we want to ensure fairness and clarity for all participants. Please read the following carefully before booking your spot at an event.

Group Events

  • Contribution:
    • $75 per person
  • Refund Policy:
    • Refunds can be requested up to 24 hours before the event.
    • Once bookings have closed, no refunds will be given — including for those who do not attend on the night.

Private Events

  • Contribution:
    • Single Woman – $75
    • Couple – $150
    • Single Man – $75
  • Booking Requirements:
    • Single Women & Couples must secure their event by paying the full contribution amount upfront.
    • Single Men are not considered confirmed until their contribution is paid.
  • Refund Policy:
    • If a Single Woman or Couple cancels with more than 3 days notice, all parties will be refunded.
    • If a Single Woman or Couple cancels with less than 3 days notice, only Single Men will be refunded.
    • If My Ultimate Fantasy cancels the private event, all parties will be refunded.
    • If a Single Man does not attend on the night, no refund will be provided.
    • If a Single Woman or Couple does not attend on the night, no refund will be provided to them, the Single Men will be refunded.

Booking

  • Unlike The Rabbit Holecash on arrival is not accepted for any event.
  • All of our events are ticketed. We must scan your ticket for entry.
  • All bookings are securely managed through TryBooking.com.
